Cancellations
An order may be cancelled up to midnight of the order day. Please contact us by email so the request time will be documented.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Blue Inclusion reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. If so we will provide a full refund to your original form of payment. You will be notified by email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we do accept returns under many common circumstances. We want your buying experience to be pleasant and satisfying. Please read on.
Please do NOT return an item without first contacting us and being instructed to do so. If you do, we will not be able to refund your money.
If in doubt on anything in this policy, please feel free to contact us.
Can I Return Something I Ordered?
- Ordered wrong size – Yes within 7 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping.
- Contact us by email with photo (including something showing scale for sized items). For shirts and similar, lay measuring tape over flat shirt from armpit to armpit.
- You will get instructions. If asked to return product you will be given a return shipping label at your expense. Return within 14 days of delivery.
- Received wrong item – Yes within 7 days of delivery.

- Received defective or broken item – Yes within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact us by email with photo clearly showing product damage. Include photo of packaging damage if that appears to be the cause.
- You will get instructions. If asked to return product you will be given a return shipping label at our expense. Return within 14 days of delivery.
- Tracking issues (says delivered but not received) – Contact us within 14 days of order for instructions.
- Lost in transit – Contact us within 14 days of order for instructions.
- Don’t like the fit – No unless a wrong size is received (see wrong item above).
- Note: returned items must be unworn (see below).
- Changed your mind – No except for same day cancellation. See Cancellations above.
- Any other reason – Contact us within 14 days of order or delivery for instructions.
- Remember, do NOT return products without first receiving instructions to do so.
- We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you’re unable to do this, please find a suitably protective alternative, especially for delicate or breakable products. If you return your item without protective packaging you may not receive your refund.
- All products returned must be done with tracking, as are all products sent to you, else you forfeit your refund.
Return and Refund Exceptions
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received. If items are returned without these conditions, customer forfeits their refund. Final decisions on returned product condition are made by Blue Inclusion/Believe In Reality.
Returned items must be received by Blue Inclusion in a resalable condition (product condition, not packaging). Final decisions on returned product condition are made by Blue Inclusion/Believe In Reality.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items will be noted on their product description page.
Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
Currently we do not have a restocking fee.
Please allow up to 14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.
Exchanges and Replacements
We do not enter exchanges for different items, that task is for you at your freedom. Please order alternate items as you wish, before or after a return refund has been processed.
Replacement are of course on our end, for incorrect or defective items. We will process those expeditiously.
